One Down, One To Go

Christmas evening was spent at my mom’s and we actually had a good time.  I thought we’d all eat, visit a little bit then leave and be home by 7 at the latest.  That was hardly the case.  We got home close to midnight.  I am sure my 89 yr. old grandma, as well as  my mom, are totally exhausted today but I know they would say they had a great time and it was worth it.  I cannot tell you the last time we got together at my mom’s and have been able to say we had fun, but we did.  That is my Christmas Miracle.  Now?  One holiday come and gone, one more to go.  Hopefully, New Years will be just  as good as Christmas.  Here’s hoping!
